My name is Sarah and I live in the UK, in the North of England.

No kids. No pets. No droids.

I have a variety of mostly craft-based hobbies. I knit, crochet, sew, make my own soap and candles. I read. I write. I blog. I like to bake cakes and cookies. And bread. Yet the ultimate sourdough loaf has escaped me up till now!

Currently, I’m trying to knit a pair of socks. I also have plans for a top down sweater with a Fair Isle pattern, which I’m in the process of designing for myself. I got the wool for Christmas and I just need to measure myself and figure out the maths of the design. Which is the hardest part.
